Supervisors are required to complete the distance education modules (lessons) in this course prior to attending Supervisor Unit 2. The lessons are designed to orient a supervisor to her/his role and responsibilities in the Nurse-Family Partnership program and concentrate on program logistics including agency setup, documentation, referrals, and hiring nursing staff.
